What we collect
To operate the product, we collect the business information you provide directly (company knowledge, brand voice, service details), account information (name, email, role), and connection credentials for platforms you connect (such as Wix), stored encrypted at rest.
How we use it
Your business information is used to draft content for your account. It is never used to train models shared across other customers, and it is never sold. Aggregate, anonymized usage patterns may be used to improve the product.
Who can see your data
Only your company's authorized users, scoped by role. Multi-tenant customers (agencies) have data isolated per client account. One client's knowledge base and content are never visible to another.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI model providers) and connected publishing platforms (Wix, and future channels) to operate the product. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function.
Your rights
You can request an export or deletion of your company's data at any time by contacting us.
