The service
Groently researches and drafts content from your business facts, requiring your explicit approval before anything is finalized. Where a platform connection is configured, approved content may be published directly to it; otherwise you receive a ready-to-publish draft to post yourself. Either way, nothing goes live without approval from an authorized user on your account.

Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information to ground drafts.
- Review content before approving it. Approval is a human decision, not a formality.
- Keep your connected-platform credentials and account access secure.

Publishing and rollback
Where content is published through a connected platform, a rollback path is available if it needs to come down. Publishing is not irreversible. For platforms without a connection, you are responsible for publishing, posting, and removing content yourself.

Data and content ownership
You own the content generated for your account and the business knowledge you provide. We retain the right to operate, maintain, and improve the underlying platform.

Termination
Either party may end the relationship; on termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
